Steps to make your appointment even better

 

We are excited to provide a walk-in notary location by advance appointment for your convenience!

1. Email us copies of your documents -or- provide us with the names of your documents.

2. Send us photos of the Identifications that signers will identify themself with at the appointment -or- provide us with all names (as indicated on documents).

3. Ensure all Pennsylvania prerequisites are met in advance.

Printing and Scanning
If you need documents printed, send us the files in advance we can have them ready at the appointment for a small fee.

Need an additional Witness?
If there is a need for an additional witness, we encourage clients to coordinate a friend, coworker, or neighbor to join the appointment and serve as a witness.

                               We gladly provide staff witnesses for Wills or others documents. Our team is typically on mobile appointments or work remotely from home. The additional witness cost is $55 for their reserved time, travel, and commitment to the document.

Streamline your signing!

Send your document to us in advance. This will streamline your appointment. We will have our certificates ready and can proof-check for best notary processing in advance. We will gladly print up to 25 pages b/w, at no extra charge. The notary will bring documents to the signing.

Streamlined single document signings are usually completed in a short time frame.
